ChatGPT, Bing Chat, and Bard: A Disruptive Era of Ai Technology.
Generative ai technology is taking shape, and the three big players are currently OpenAi, Microsoft, and Alphabet/Google. One is a market leader, the other is market shaker, while the other is currently playing catch up. If you have used these products- maybe to generate some content, debugging code, or coming up with ideas, you’ve clearly noticed that they provide different results even for the same exact query.
If you haven’t explored these technologies, I’d implore you to get right into it and experiment with them. They’re interesting. They’re eye-opening. They’re thought-provoking. You’ll clear have a favorite for different tasks. Like the traditional search (search engines), the results you get for your query sometimes comes down to how good you are with your key search terms, how you phrase your search terms, as well as how you filter and refine your search terms. In the end, junk in equals junk out.
Personal Thoughts
I believe ai will benefit those who use it to complement their work and eventually lend obsolete those who remain rigid to adopt the technology. At the same time, there is a slim chance for human-generated content to gain immense value due to its rarity. One of the biggest opportunities lays in the development of tools that will help to differentiate between human generated and ai generated content.
I can’t wait to see what generative ai will mature to become.
